Description

This foldable ladder provides reliable and comfortable access on and off your boat and is designed specifically for marine environments. Made from thick-walled 304 stainless steel round tubing, it offers high durability and long-term resistance to rust and corrosion. The mounting base measures 12.6" x 7.9" (320 mm x 200 mm), with a deployed length of 23.6" (600 mm). Mounting brackets hold the ladder at a safe angle and prevent unwanted contact with the boat. The steps drop smoothly into the water and fold back quickly when not in use. This ladder has passed 400 hours of salt spray testing to ensure enhanced corrosion resistance, making it suitable for all types of recreational boats requiring a safe and compact boarding solution.

I installed this ladder to enter the side door on my pontoon boat. I drilled two holes in the upper bracket for 5/16” stainless steel carriage bolts with lock nut and washers behind them. The head fit the keyhole slot in the ladder perfectly. Add a washer between the head of the carriage bolt and the bracket. Slip the ladder on and tighten the lock. The connection is solid. I’m big, 240lb and it doesn’t budge when I climb up. Simply unhook it from the carriage bolts before you leave where you are swimming.
