Free Return
With the Free Return service, you have 90 days (in addition to the on-time delivery date) to decide whether you want to keep the item or return it for any reason, as long as it is unused and in its original condition - complete with the original packaging.
However, please keep in mind that the free return option is available only once, and it applies only to orders with a value below $500.00 USD.
To return your product, please get in touch with us at contact@novesea.com and we will provide you with the return address.
Scope of Service
Not all countries offer a free return service. Supported countries include the continental United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, and Poland.
Return Fees
Returning packages via door-to-door pickup service is free of charge.
Note: You can only use the free return service once for an order. If you initiate multiple returns as part of an order, you can only use the free return service once. For additional returns, you may continue to use the return service, but you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to the specified return address. Therefore, please consider returning the products together to avoid the additional shipping cost.
Business-To-Business (B2B)
Thank you for choosing NoveSea Marine, for your business needs. Kindly note that all bulk orders made by B2B clients are considered final and non-refundable, except under the following circumstances:
Products are eligible for return/replacement if the items are:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Wrong item/color/size
- Missing items/parts/accessories
- Not as described in product details
