Be aware that none of the following people/names are, nor have ever been, affiliated with NoveSea Marine or any of its affiliates in any way.
Last updated: February 02, 2026
All legitimate communications from NoveSea Marine come from company domains only. We do not use free email services for procurement or tenders. We never require you to download files from links that expire within a few days.
Quick checks before you trust an email:
1) Verify the sender domain (watch for misspellings and lookalikes).
2) Hover over links before clicking; avoid links that expire in a few days.
3) Be wary of urgent requests, tender deadlines, or pressure to open attachments.
4) Confirm the company’s official contacts on their website or via phone before sending quotes or payments.

Fake Order Email using "Richard Wolf GmbH" identity
We received a fraudulent email pretending to be related to Richard Wolf GmbH. The message asked us to open/download "Order Confirmation 11007529" and "Bank Details Confirmation" and to reconfirm bank details for payment.
Maren Metzger
commerce_office@sobhandarou.com (sender domain is not the company domain)
Links provided (malicious download): webstarterz.com (file ends in .com.xz)
This is a common scam pattern: a fake sender, a professional-looking signature, and a compressed file download link intended to trick recipients into opening potentially malicious documents or sharing payment information.

Fake Tender Invitation from "DHC Building Contracting LLC"
We received a fraudulent email pretending to be from DHC Building Contracting LLC regarding the "EW-10 Residence Tower Construction Project" in Abu Dhabi. The scammers requested a quotation for a large tender and provided a download link for "tender documents" that was set to expire in three days, a common tactic to create urgency.
Nadia Ismail
mertul@kit-fa.com (fake domain)
Phone: +971 55 447 9886
The message included project details (Maryah Island – Abu Dhabi, client/consultant names) and a quotation deadline of August 2, 2025, but used an unverified sender and attempted to lure recipients into downloading potentially malicious files.
-
Fake Dropbox Link from "Eltra NV"
We received a fraudulent email pretending to be from Eltra NV, a real company in Belgium. The scammers shared a Dropbox link claiming to contain project files and requested a price quote in EUR. Although the message looked professional, it used fake email addresses and attempted to trick us into opening a malicious file.
