Returns

Our goal is to guarantee your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you may exercise your right to return it within fifteen (15) days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

To return your product, please contact us at contact@novesea.com and we will provide you with the return address.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received a refund, first double-check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. It often takes some time for a refund to be posted.

If you have done all this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at contact@novesea.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same product, email us at contact@novesea.com.

Accidental order

If you ordered the wrong product by mistake and the product has not been shipped yet, please email us and make the corrections accordingly.

Shipping

You must pay your own shipping costs to return your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, it may take different amounts of time for your exchanged product to arrive.

If you are shipping a product for more than $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned product.

We offer a 15-day money back guarantee, in the following cases:

1) You are not satisfied with the product and it results from the product description
2) The product arrived damaged
3) You changed your mind for any reason

If the product is damaged, please send us photos to prove case number 2). Once we have evaluated the case, we will email you back and approve or deny the refund.

Orders / cases not eligible for reimbursement as follows:

1) If the tracking number of the order indicates that the order has been delivered, otherwise we would open the door to fraudulent practices.
2) If it turns out that the delivery failed because the customer provided an incorrect address. We will only resend the same product to the corrected address, but we will not be held liable for such cases and will not issue a refund.
