Salon and galley

The 2014 Princess S72 combines a light-filled salon with panoramic windows, cream leather upholstery and gloss walnut cabinetry. The open-plan galley sits alongside the dining area and includes a full-size refrigerator/freezer, ceramic hob, microwave/convection oven and dedicated storage.

Air conditioning runs throughout the interior, while the salon, galley and dining spaces form a continuous main-deck arrangement.

Three-cabin accommodation

The accommodation comprises three en-suite guest cabins and three bathrooms. The amidships full-beam owner’s cabin includes a king berth, vanity and walk-in wardrobe; a forward VIP cabin provides a double berth; and the aft guest cabin converts from twin berths to a double.

The cabin bathrooms feature Avonite countertops, rainfall showers and LED lighting.

Flybridge and cockpit living

The flybridge combines a helm position with forward-facing guest seating and a wet bar with barbecue grill. The cockpit adds U-shaped seating for eight around a folding teak table, together with a second wet bar.

Twin staircases lead to the aft sunpad lounge beneath the overhang. A 3.9-metre tender garage forms part of the aft-deck arrangement.

Propulsion, dimensions and tankage

Twin Caterpillar C32 engines deliver 3,800 hp in total through V-drive propulsion. The fiberglass hull is paired with a reported cruising speed of 30 knots and a maximum speed of 38 knots.

The Princess S72 has a 17.67-foot beam and a 4.83-foot maximum draft. Tankage includes 1,189 gallons of fuel, 238 gallons of water and a 72-gallon holding tank.
