Light-Filled Salon and Three-Cabin Layout

The 2005 Fountaine Pajot Maryland 37 combines a power-catamaran hull form with a salon enclosed by large windows for near-360-degree visibility. The salon creates an open, bright central living space with broad views while underway and at rest.

Three private cabins and two bathrooms give the interior a distinctly practical arrangement within the 37-foot class. The accommodation layout provides separate sleeping spaces alongside the main salon.

Yanmar Diesel Power

Twin Yanmar 4LHA HTP diesel engines deliver 160 hp each. The Maryland 37 has direct-drive propulsion, an 8-knot cruising speed, and an 18-knot maximum speed.

The fiberglass catamaran hull measures 36.58 feet overall, with a 16.67-foot beam and a maximum draft of 3.5 feet. Fuel capacity is 350 gallons, while freshwater capacity is 104 gallons.

Electrical Independence

A 300Ah Relion lithium battery bank, 730 watts of solar capacity, and a Victron 3000W MultiPlus inverter/charger form the yacht’s upgraded electrical system. The installation supports onboard AC power management and battery charging through the inverter/charger system.

The electrical package is complemented by a Fusion stereo system for onboard audio.

Navigation, Ground Tackle, and Tender Handling

Garmin electronics, AIS, and an autopilot equip the helm for navigation and route monitoring. An electric windlass manages the ground tackle.

A Maxwell HRC10 windlass works with an Ultra 43 anchor and 200 feet of chain. An electric davit winch supports tender launch and recovery.
