Helm and power

The 2027 Cobalt R31 Outboard combines a deep-V fiberglass hull with twin Mercury 350 Verado V10 outboards rated at 700 hp. A 32.67-foot length overall and 9.83-foot beam give the bowrider a substantial on-water footprint, while Pro Control trim tabs add adjustment at the helm.

The glass cockpit is fitted with dual Garmin 8612 displays, digital switching and a helm footrest finished in Sof-Trac. Wireless phone chargers with holders keep personal devices close at hand, and a 110V battery maintainer/charger supports onboard electrical management alongside a bonding system with sacrificial anodes.

Open-air deck arrangement

The cockpit layout includes Cobalt’s rear-facing Sunpad Extendable Lounge, with Sof-Trac matting across the bow and cockpit. A white arch with hardtop provides overhead structure, while RGB LED interior accent lighting extends beneath the hardtop.

The bow and cockpit each have a receptacle for the dinette table, creating flexible table placement across the social areas. Ebony bow and cockpit tonneau covers, hull-side windows, a flagpole with flag, and a white hull with a deep teal accent stripe complete the exterior specification.

Galley and interior details

The snack stand incorporates a prep galley and refrigerator for refreshments close to the cockpit. The head is fitted with a Thetford vacuum toilet, and Sea Grass flooring is installed in the head area.

The Frost/Slate interior color upgrade brings a clean, tailored palette to the seating areas. A premium audio system with transom speakers is integrated with the hardtop, placing sound coverage across the main deck.

Dockside equipment

The R31 Outboard carries a windlass with a docking-lights system and a pair of gunwale rod holders. The onboard tool kit supports routine onboard attention, while the windlass and trim-tab equipment form part of a practical dockside and running setup.
