Cockpit living and exterior detail

The cockpit combines a retractable electric sunshade with terrace atmosphere modules and a height-adjustable natural teak table. The table has foldable wings, an adjustable aluminium leg and a protective cover.

Sand-grey bow-sundeck cushions, roof-side aesthetic finishes and white aft underwater lights extend the exterior treatment. A watertight cockpit socket, freshwater deck-cleaning connection and manual starboard-side walkway access to the helm add practical detail around the deck.

The hydraulic platform has an antiskid finish and a stated lifting capacity of 230 kg (507 lb).

Helm, navigation and maneuvering

The helm carries a leather steering wheel with steel spokes, two 12-inch GPS chartplotter screens, a dashboard anchor-chain counter and a Volvo automatic pilot in EVC. A Class B AIS transceiver and radar antenna complement the navigation suite.

Engine-room and cockpit cameras bring additional visibility to the helm. A proportional bow thruster with a progressive-action brushless motor supports close-quarters maneuvering, while the electrical searchlight serves the foredeck area.

Volvo IPS propulsion and onboard power

Twin Volvo D6-IPS650 engines are rated at 353 hp each. The propulsion installation includes a Volvo ACP anticorrosion kit.

A 3,000 W inverter, a 1,250 W additional solar-panel array and a remote-controlled 50 A/60 Hz Cablemaster form part of the yacht’s electrical equipment. The fuel tank is rated at 422 gallons, and the freshwater tank is rated at 140 gallons.

Salon, galley and lower-deck appointments

The salon includes a 24 V wine cooler, an electrically operated TV lift and an upgraded stereo system with optical digital input, four salon loudspeakers and a subwoofer. Manual Venetian blinds at the galley window and a manual fabric curtain at the sliding access door refine light control on the main deck.

The galley incorporates a 24 V refrigerator-and-freezer column. A safe is fitted in the master cabin, while the left VIP cabin contains a washing machine-tumble dryer within a dedicated cabinet.

Sand-grey durmast oak flooring with a saw-cut effect finishes the lower-deck cabin floors. The 2026 Absolute 48 Coupe measures 48.92 ft overall, with a 14.08 ft beam and a maximum draft of 3.75 ft.
