Offshore-focused center-console layout

The 2025 Regulator 28 combines a deep-V fiberglass hull with a 32.5-foot length overall, a 9.42-foot beam and a maximum draft of 2.92 feet. Twin Yamaha F300 outboards deliver 600 hp, while Seakeeper Ride trim tabs and conventional trim tabs provide adjustable running attitude.

A 219-gallon fuel tank, 33-gallon water tank and 6-gallon holding tank support the yacht’s onboard systems. The hull carries bottom paint and includes a bracket with swim ladder at the stern.

Helm protection and electronics

The helm is arranged around dual Garmin 8616 GPS/depth-finder displays, an integrated autopilot and a Garmin VHF radio. A glass windshield with wiper gives the console added weather protection, while an onboard charger supports the electrical system.

Lighting equipment includes underwater lights, spreader lights, a spotlight and cockpit lights. A JL Audio speaker system completes the helm-area entertainment installation.

Fishing systems across the cockpit

The cockpit incorporates a transom livewell, transom fish box, insulated in-floor fish boxes and locking rod storage. A leaning-post tackle center keeps rigging equipment close to the working area.

Carbon-fiber telescoping outriggers, a Cannon downrigger and kingfish rod holders expand the fishing setup. Freshwater and raw-water washdowns are installed for cockpit cleanup, and a windlass anchor system manages ground tackle.

Seating and onboard amenities

Forward seating includes cushions and electric backrests, with a forward console seat/cooler adding another protected perch. Rear fold-out seating and a transom door shape the aft social area around the working cockpit.
