Open-air living across the main deck

The 2025 Galeon 640 Fly brings its social spaces outward with port and starboard fold-down cockpit platforms, each with bar seating, alongside a hydraulic swim platform. Teak decking, a three-burner Kenyon grill, freshwater washdown, swim ladder and underwater lights shape the aft-deck arrangement.

The salon extends toward the starboard fold-out platform through a bar-seating arrangement, while a folding center windshield creates direct access toward the bow. Aft-facing and salon-facing 50-inch LED televisions, a wine refrigerator, a drink refrigerator, an additional sink, accent lighting and a soundbar system complete the interior entertaining area.

Flybridge and foredeck arrangements

The flybridge combines a large U-shaped seating area with adjustable fold-out tables, bar seating, an Isotherm refrigerator, a mini bar with ice maker and a second three-burner Kenyon grill. An Isinglass enclosure, sunroof, accent lighting, adjustable forward seating and a forward sunpad add flexibility to the upper deck.

The foredeck carries two hydraulic convertible sunpads/tables, dedicated seating, a searchlight and windlass/Cable Master equipment.

Helm control and onboard systems

The main helm features tilt steering, two Raymarine HybridTouch XL 16-inch displays, an additional Raymarine display, a Volvo Penta engine display, engine-room and aft-deck cameras, Fusion Bluetooth audio, Sleipner bow and stern thrusters, and Humphree trim tabs. The flybridge helm mirrors the navigation and engine-display layout with twin Raymarine HybridTouch displays, an additional Raymarine display, Volvo Penta engine instrumentation, Sleipner bow and stern thrusters, Humphree trim-tab control, Fusion stereo and Cable Master anchor/windlass control.

Twin Volvo Penta D13-1000 engines provide propulsion, while a Kohler 32EKOZD 32 kW diesel generator and two 50-amp shore-power connections support onboard electrical service. A Seakeeper 9, Starlink Wi-Fi, a 100,600 BTU air-conditioning system with an additional galley unit, and Hull Shield marine-growth-prevention technology form part of the installed systems.

Four-stateroom interior

The accommodation plan includes four staterooms. A separate staircase leads to the master stateroom, where a queen berth, bow skylight, private head and shower, desk with mirror, LED television and closet are arranged with accent and ambient LED lighting.

The VIP stateroom includes a 43-inch LED television, closet and ambient LED lighting. Two guest cabins each carry two twin berths, storage and a closet, with a head and shower serving the guest area.

Crew facilities and galley details

The aft crew cabin sleeps two and includes a head and shower, closet, microwave, refrigerator, separate washer and dryer, and engine-room access. The galley incorporates a four-burner Kenyon cooktop, sink, microwave, storage and heat-protection window tint.
