Open-air saloon and cockpit

The 2024 Fairline Targa 45 GT combines an electric glazed sliding sunroof with a cockpit arranged around a teak table, bar and integrated griddle. A refrigerator in the saloon sideboard, Fusion audio, blue exterior mood lighting and a teak-laid cockpit floor complete the social areas.

The aft deck includes freshwater wash outlets, under-seat stowage, a transom gate and a hot-and-cold transom shower. Reclining foredeck sunbed cushions add a separate place to relax, while ceramic heat-reduction film covers the sunroof, side windows, patio door and windscreen.

Helm, propulsion and manoeuvring

Twin Volvo Penta IPS 650 D6-480 engines provide 960 hp, with pod-drive propulsion and an IPS joystick at the helm. The helm also carries electronic single-lever throttle and gear controls, autopilot, a Volvo 7-inch diagnostic display, digital engine instrumentation, a Garmin GMI 20 instrument display and a Garmin VHF marine radio.

A 12-inch Garmin GPSMAP touchscreen chartplotter and Garmin GMR24 xHD 4 kW radome radar support navigation. A Sleipner bow thruster and Humphree Interceptors with Comfort-system Auto Trim and Auto List form part of the onboard handling equipment.

Two-cabin interior

The two-cabin arrangement places the master cabin amidships and gives both the forward and mid cabins en-suite bathrooms with electric freshwater toilets, full-height showers and vanity units. The forward cabin has a sliding scissor berth, while the mid cabin includes a sofa, mirrored wardrobe doors and a feature aft bulkhead finished with leather, mirror and timber inlays.

Walnut gloss timber, Dove Grey random-oak flooring and Carrara White worktops shape the interior finish. The upper saloon has a full-leather Seely sofa, and the lower saloon uses a fabric-and-leather sofa with a fixed dining table and access to the day head.

The galley is equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave combination oven, fridge/freezer, extractor fan, integrated waste bin, underfloor larder and a sink with hot-and-cold mixer tap. Tropical-specification air conditioning, interior mood lighting, Apple TV and WiFi connectivity extend through the yacht.

Water access and onboard systems

A submersible bathing platform has a 400 kg lift capacity. The garage has a hydraulic winch and roller system arranged for a Williams 280 MiniJet.

The 2024 Fairline Targa 45 GT carries a generator, shore-power connection, regulated battery charger and 240-volt electrical system. Engine-bay equipment includes automatic bilge pumps with manual override, an automatic fire-extinguisher system, electric ventilation fans, soundproofing and engine-room lighting.
