Quad V10 power

The 2023 Freeman 43 carries four white Mercury 400 V10 outboards installed in February 2025. The 1,600 hp propulsion package is paired with joystick control, while a Reverso motor flush system supports engine flushing.

The Freeman 43 has a recorded cruising speed of 50 knots and a maximum speed of 73 knots.

Helm electronics and visibility

The helm combines two 24-inch Garmin displays with Garmin GHP autopilot, GSD 26 and GSD 25 sounder modules, and a Garmin Phantom 56 six-foot open-array radar. A GMX54 Garmin SiriusXM Marine receiver, two Icom VHF radios, two ROKK chargers, Starlink, and FLIR night vision extend the onboard communications and monitoring suite.

A light bar and Lumitec lighting throughout the boat add illumination across the deck and helm areas.

Fishing deck and cockpit details

The deck arrangement includes floor livewells, transom livewells, a rear-facing fishing station, and six electric plugs. Gemlux outrigger bases carry Marsh Tacky 21-foot internal white outriggers, while an additional rod rack is fitted on the hardtop.

A Release teak rocket launcher, side wings, and a port-side dive door expand the working deck configuration. Underwater lights complete the exterior equipment package.

Console, seating, and finish

The console contains an electric marine head with pump-out. Release teak bucket seats are fitted at both the helm and second row, and diamond-stitch upholstery was renewed in July 2025.

Matterhorn white hullsides, a whisper-gray hardtop underside, and white powder-coated brightwork define the exterior finish. A JL Audio sound system with Fusion RA 770 head unit serves the onboard audio installation.
