Direct-drive propulsion and precise control

The 2023 Azimut Fly 50 pairs its factory-painted blue Magellano hull color with twin Volvo D11 inboard engines rated at 725 hp each. The engines drive conventional shafts rather than pods and have 198 hours. A Volvo joystick integrates close-quarters control, while a 6.5 kW bow thruster adds another handling aid around docks.

The Seakeeper NG9 stabilization system has controls at both the lower and upper helms. The lower helm also carries an additional searchlight control, and the main helm incorporates a chain-counter control for the anchoring system.

Flybridge living beneath an opening hardtop

The flybridge is arranged around lounge furniture, a coffee table and a separate dining table, with synthetic-marble inserts used on both tables. A dedicated preparation station brings a refrigerator and grill to the upper deck. The hardtop incorporates LED lighting and a retractable opening for adjustable shelter overhead.

Upgraded Batyline fabric covers the exterior cushions, including the sunbathing cushions on the bow. The elevated helm, open-air seating and refreshment facilities give the upper deck several distinct areas without separating navigation from the main social space.

Cockpit and waterside details

Teak decking extends across the cockpit and swim platform. The cockpit centers on a table with a synthetic-marble insert and adds an icemaker and drawer refrigerator for refreshments at deck level. Dual electric mooring winches assist with line handling from the stern.

The yacht also carries a motorized shore-power cord and an electric windlass. Exterior covers protect exposed areas when the yacht is not in use.

Interior arrangement and amenities

Wooden flooring runs through the salon and dinette, while upgraded décor and Miele appliances shape the interior finish. The starboard salon sofa converts to a pullout bed and is paired with a high-low table. A wine cooler adds dedicated storage alongside the principal galley appliances.

The accommodation comprises two cabins and one bathroom, plus a separate crew cabin with air conditioning. The salon conversion creates an additional sleeping option without changing the permanent cabin arrangement.

The fiberglass hull uses a modified-V form and measures 50 feet overall with a 13.25-foot beam. The yacht has a stated dry weight of 59,083 pounds. Fuel capacity is 581 gallons, freshwater capacity is 156 gallons and holding-tank capacity is 50 gallons.
