Six Mercury V12 Outboards and Deep-Vee Hull

The 2022 HCB 65 Estrella is powered by six 600 hp Mercury V12 outboards, with 3,600 hp recorded across the installation. A fiberglass Deep-Vee hull forms the foundation, while the recorded 37-knot cruising speed and 65-knot maximum speed define the performance figures for this configuration.

Bow and stern thrusters add close-quarters control, and the SeaKeeper 9 zero-speed gyro stabilizer operates at anchor and underway.

Helm Integration and Onboard Monitoring

The helm incorporates a Raymarine Gold Package, including an integrated dashboard system and ship monitoring. Fixed cameras cover the engine room and cockpit, while an underwater camera adds another viewing point around the yacht.

Starlink internet is installed, and a Seatel ST24E TV-SAT antenna forms part of the satellite communications equipment. A 4G Wi-Fi installation is prepared with cabling and a harbour-hotspot antenna.

Power, Water and Galley Support

A 20 kW diesel generator supports onboard electrical supply, with a 12 V 25 A battery charger dedicated to the generators. The watermaker is rated at 180 litres per hour.

Five refrigerators, a freezer and an ice maker support chilled storage, while the exterior galley arrangement includes a custom barbecue and an outdoor sink.

Open-Air Deck Arrangements

The exterior layout includes a cockpit shower and custom-made access and exit steps by Multi-Plex. New custom cushions furnish the outdoor seating areas.

A sun awning extends over the aft flybridge area behind the hardtop. Forward, an electrically folding table rises with surrounding cushions to create a sunbathing area.

Air-Conditioned Interior Spaces

Two cabins and two bathrooms form the interior accommodation. The main salon combines parquet flooring with a skylight, and air conditioning serves the interior as well as the central console.

The owner’s cabin and salon each incorporate a television behind a Stopsol mirror. Additional insulation separates the engine room from the owner’s cabin, and further insulation surrounds the stabilizer boxes. A crew bunk is also fitted.
