Helm control and offshore electronics

The 2022 Blackwater 36 Sport pairs triple Mercury 400HP L6 outboards with Optimus 360 joystick control, Livorsi trim tabs and a Reverso flush system. The three outboards are rated at a combined 1,200hp, and the recorded engine time is 310 hours.

The helm carries dual Garmin multifunction displays with autopilot, Garmin open-array radar, a Garmin VHF and Sionyx night vision. A Lewmar windlass adds powered ground-tackle handling from the helm area.

Fishing deck arrangement

Dual baitwells, insulated macerated fish boxes and a leaning post with integrated sink and tackle station concentrate the fishing equipment around the working cockpit. A rod rack on the T-top keeps additional gear overhead and clear of the deck.

The 36 Sport has fresh-water and raw-water washdowns for cockpit cleanup. A transom door provides an opening at the stern, while dual Garelick ladders serve water access.

Seating, console and onboard lighting

Forward seating and an aft triple bench create distinct seating areas fore and aft of the helm. The center console contains a marine head with a sink.

The audio system combines JL Audio speakers with a Fusion head unit. Shadow-Caster underwater lights, a forward Rigid light bar, aft spreader lights and overhead lighting extend illumination across the exterior areas.

The Blackwater 36 Sport is a fiberglass center console with a deep-vee hull form. The yacht measures 36 feet overall, with a 9.5-foot beam and a maximum draft of approximately 2.08 feet.
