Helm control and propulsion

The 2021 Caymas 401 CC carries four Mercury 400 Verado Cold Fusion engines rated at 1,600 hp total, with Mercury Joystick Piloting for the quad-engine configuration. A carbon-fiber Edson steering wheel and a complete Garmin suite define the helm.

Three Release Marine ladder-back teak helm seats run on independent electric slides, with a faux-teak helm pod completing the helm arrangement. The hardtop carries two forward-facing Razor LED light bars.

Stability and onboard systems

A Seakeeper 3, Lewmar bow thruster and Zipwake trim-tab upgrade bring dedicated stabilization, close-quarters control and trim adjustment to the Caymas 401 CC. The Reverso engine-flush system serves the propulsion installation.

The Fischer Panda 5 kW diesel generator is paired with a 19-gallon diesel tank. The air-conditioning system cools the cabin, helm and mezzanine, while AGM batteries support the engines and house systems.

Deck layout and fishing equipment

Gemlux outrigger bases and 22-foot carbon outrigger poles form part of the fishing setup. Lockable under-gunnel rod storage runs along both port and starboard sides, and the gunwales add eight rod holders—four per side.

A fold-out rear bench seat adds aft seating. The bow uses a U-shaped seating module with two electric actuators for the seat backs, and three LED underwater lights are fitted at the transom.

Cabin finish and onboard audio

The cabin combines upgraded wood cabinetry with a drawer refrigerator. White Sunbrella Horizon upholstery complements the Ocean Blue hull and white powder coating.

The JL Audio upgrade centers on an MM100 head unit, six 6.5-inch M6 speakers, eight 8.8-inch M6 speakers, two 10-inch subwoofers and three amplifiers. A 12V DC water heater and shore-power connection complete the onboard utility equipment.
