Enclosed bridge-deck configuration

The 2019 Azimut 51 Atlantis Coupe combines a hard aft door with Azimut’s full-glass cockpit Coupe package, creating an enclosed, climate-controlled bridge deck. The arrangement brings the helm and cockpit together within a protected social space while retaining the open character of the coupe profile.

The yacht is located in Seabrook, Texas.

IPS propulsion and close-quarters control

Twin Penta IPS 800 D8 propulsion units provide the yacht’s drivetrain. A Yacht Controller remote docking system adds an additional control option when manoeuvring alongside or departing a berth.

A Mantus 85-pound stainless-steel anchor forms part of the ground-tackle equipment.

Integrated navigation and situational awareness

The helm electronics include Raymarine forward-facing sonar, a Raymarine 90 system with Auto Hailer, an ultrasonic weather station, and a Raymarine augmented-reality AIS transponder and receiver. A FLIR system is integrated with the augmented-reality system, while a CAM 200IP day/night network camera monitors the engine room.

An NMEA 2000 kit supports onboard network integration. An SR200 SiriusXM weather antenna, WebBoat 3G/4G/Wi-Fi antenna, and dual-SIM internet system extend the yacht’s communications suite.

Independent onboard capability

A Rainman watermaker is installed for onboard freshwater production. Multicolour RGB LED underwater lights illuminate the water around the hull, and a Triad Marine liferaft adds to the yacht’s safety equipment.
