Flybridge and exterior design

The 2017 Azimut Fly 72 combines Stefano Righini exterior design with Carlo Galeazzi interior design. The profile carries Azimut’s streamlined lines, broad glazing and a contemporary flybridge form.

The flybridge creates a dedicated open-air deck with seating, a dining area and a wet bar. The aft cockpit adds another dining and seating area directly outside the main salon.

Main-deck living

The main deck follows an open arrangement linking the salon, dining area and galley. Panoramic windows bring natural light across these connected interior spaces.

The 18.33-foot beam supports generous proportions through the principal living areas while maintaining a monohull configuration.

Four-stateroom accommodation

The accommodation plan comprises four staterooms and five bathrooms. The amidships full-beam master suite includes large hull windows, a king-size bed, storage and a private lounge area.

A forward VIP cabin and two additional guest cabins complete the guest accommodation, with en-suite bathrooms for the four staterooms. Two crew cabins provide separate onboard crew accommodation.

MAN power and onboard control

Twin MAN V12 engines deliver 1,400 hp each, for a combined installed output of 2,800 hp. The 2017 Azimut Fly 72 has a stated cruising speed of 26 knots and a stated maximum speed of 32 knots.

Joystick controls support close-quarters maneuvering, while a Seakeeper 16 gyro stabilizer reduces roll motion underway and at anchor. The yacht is located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
