Tri-deck living with a strong connection to the water

The 2016 Benetti 116 extends across three decks, with a 35.5-metre (116’6″) length overall, an approximately 7.7-metre beam and an approximately 2.15-metre draft. The GRP hull and carbon-composite superstructure create the yacht’s stated construction profile.

The main-deck saloon and dining area open to the aft deck through sliding glass doors, while full-height glazing brings natural light into the main saloon and owner’s cabin. A fold-down beach club and tender garage add a dedicated waterside area at the stern.

Five-cabin guest arrangement

The accommodation arrangement comprises a full-beam owner’s suite on the main deck and four en-suite guest cabins on the lower deck. The guest accommodation includes two VIP cabins and two twin cabins with Pullman options, bringing the stated guest capacity to up to 12 across five cabins.

The forward crew area has independent access, separating operational circulation from the guest spaces. Light oak, polished dark-wood accents, soft fabrics and a neutral palette define the interior finish.

Upper-deck and sundeck entertaining spaces

The upper deck combines a sky lounge with an exterior lounge area and aft al fresco dining. The 80-square-metre sundeck incorporates sun loungers, shaded seating, a bar, an integrated BBQ and sunbathing areas.

The exterior decks are finished in teak, and custom furniture continues the tailored detailing through the guest areas. An on-deck 16-bottle wine cooler, icemaker and outdoor televisions support the deck arrangement.

Engineering, navigation and onboard systems

The 2016 Benetti 116 is fitted with two MAN V12 1400 hp engines, with 2,800 hp stated in total. The yacht has a stated cruising speed of approximately 14 knots, a maximum speed of approximately 15 knots and a range of approximately 3,200 nautical miles at 10 knots.

Stabilizers operate underway and at anchor. Furuno navigation equipment, a Sirius weather system and CCTV monitoring form part of the onboard operating systems, while two Kohler 70 kW generators support electrical supply.

The entertainment and connectivity installation includes Bowers & Wilkins and JL Audio equipment, a LAN network with Wi-Fi coverage, iPad docking stations and electrically operated blackout curtains.
