GT-inspired character

AURELIA pairs the 2011 Heesen 3700 platform with a GT-car-inspired interior by Bannenberg & Rowell and a Gulf Oil Racing colour scheme adapted by Dobroserdov Design. The exterior carries a number 10 motif, reflecting her position as the tenth yacht in the Heesen 3700 series.

The main salon arranges two large armchairs, an L-shaped settee and an additional sofa around a dedicated crockery and glassware cabinet. Linley Aston Martin chairs and automobile-grille bookcase insets carry the automotive theme through the interior.

Guest spaces and accommodation

The accommodation includes a forward main-deck master suite and three double guest cabins on the lower deck. Each guest cabin has an LCD television and an en-suite bathroom.

The guest areas extend across a partially sheltered aft cockpit, a sundeck with alfresco seating and a bar, and a foredeck arranged with sun loungers. The main deck also includes an alfresco dining area reached by twin stairways from the foredeck.

Beach club and chase boat

The lazarette forms a guest beach club with couches, music and a champagne fridge. The transom door folds down to create a 45-square-metre swim-deck area.

AURELIA carries a 9-metre Custom Chase Boat by Pascoe. The chase boat accommodates 10 people and has a stated maximum speed of 46 knots.

Power, range and onboard comfort

Twin MTU 16V 4000 M90 diesel engines power the 2011 Heesen 3700. The propulsion installation has a stated maximum speed of 30 knots, a cruising speed of 17 knots and a range of 1,900 nautical miles at 12 knots.

A pair of Seakeeper gyro stabilizers serves the yacht at anchor and underway; one gyro was replaced in 2021 and the other in 2023. Double-glazed hull windows, soundproof hull tiles, additional mass around the master suite and soundproof doors reduce onboard noise and vibration.
