Surface-drive performance

The 2008 Pershing 90 combines a modified-vee hull with twin MTU 16V 2000 M93 engines, each rated at 2,435 hp, and Arneson ASD 16L surface drives. Twin Disc gearboxes and ZF steering form part of the propulsion and control package.

The 2008 Pershing 90 has a stated maximum speed of 45 knots and a stated cruising speed of 38 knots. A 9,000-litre fuel tank and 1,200-litre fresh-water tank support the yacht’s onboard systems.

Helm, navigation and onboard control

The helm is equipped with two Raymarine E120 plotters, Raymarine radar, Raymarine ST7000 autopilot, Raymarine depth, speed and trip instrumentation, and a Raymarine fishfinder. A Naviop display and touchscreen management system are fitted at the main console.

The 2008 Pershing 90 also carries a Simrad RS87 VHF, Siemens internal telephone system and Thuraya satellite phone. CCTV coverage links the engine room, aft deck and bridge with the crew mess.

Four-cabin accommodation

The accommodation layout comprises four cabins and five bathrooms. The aft master cabin has a double bed with electric elevation, while the forward VIP cabin also has a double bed with electric elevation. Port and starboard twin cabins complete the guest layout.

The galley and service areas include a Miele refrigerator, freezer, wine refrigerator, ceramic hob, washing machine and dryer, together with a Bosch dishwasher and electric oven. A dumb waiter connects the galley with the main saloon, and the master cabin has a mini refrigerator.

The main saloon features a Videoworks Pronto network, iMac mini, Panasonic 42-inch television, satellite-control equipment, satellite receiver, Denon DVD player and Denon multizone amplifier. The master cabin has its own Videoworks Pronto network, iMac mini, Samsung 39-inch television, satellite receiver and Denon DVD player.

Teak deck spaces and yacht services

The exterior arrangement includes teak cockpit and side decks, cockpit cushions, a cockpit table, cockpit shower and swimming ladder. A Besenzoni passerelle, forward bimini and forward shower extend the deck equipment.

The aft section incorporates a garage storage area with platform. Four windlasses, two 1,500W Lofrans aft winches, 80kg and 50kg Bruce anchors, and bow and stern thrusters support close-quarters handling and anchoring.

The onboard service systems include two Kohler 20EFOZD 20kW, 50Hz generators, a Condaria reverse-cycle air-conditioning system with three compressors, an Idromar MC3J watermaker rated at 160 litres per hour, and a Mastervolt Mass Sine 24/5000 inverter. The 2008 Pershing 90 is located in Palma, Islas Baleares.
