Raised-pilothouse cruising form

The 2007 New Ocean Yachts New Ocean 95 is a 97-foot raised-pilothouse motor yacht with a composite monohull hull form and 165 GT of internal volume. Two layers of Kevlar form part of the yacht’s construction.

The raised pilothouse, wide side decks and sheltered aft deck establish a practical exterior arrangement with clear routes around the yacht.

Deck circulation and exterior finish

The wide side decks provide direct movement between the foredeck, aft deck and bathing-platform areas. The aft deck sits beneath shelter, while the bathing platform and its steps are finished in 12 mm Burmese teak.

The bathing platform and steps received new teak during a Phuket yard period that also included underwater servicing, shaft-seal replacement, cutlass-bearing work, antifouling and GRP repairs.

Twin-diesel propulsion

The New Ocean 95 is fitted with two Caterpillar C32 Accert engines. The yacht’s recorded engine power is 3,650 hp, with a cruising speed of 14 knots and a maximum speed of 22 knots.

The machinery arrangement is paired with a maximum draft of 7.97 feet and a beam of 22.24 feet.

Cabin configuration

The accommodation plan contains four cabins, complemented by two crew cabins. The yacht is located in Phuket, Thailand.
