Raised-pilothouse cruising platform

The 2005 Falcon Yachts 102 combines a raised pilothouse arrangement with a fiberglass monohull hull and direct-drive propulsion. The 102-foot motor yacht carries a 21.33-foot beam and a minimum draft of 7.25 feet.

Twin MTU 16V2000 M91 engines give the Falcon Yachts 102 a recorded cruising speed of 20 knots and maximum speed of 26 knots. The fuel capacity is 2,774 gallons, while the freshwater capacity is 713 gallons.

Guest accommodation across two levels

Four lower-deck staterooms accommodate up to nine guests, and each stateroom has a dedicated en-suite. The main-deck cinema lounge includes a Pullman berth and serves as a fifth stateroom, bringing the stated guest capacity to up to 12.

The cinema lounge adds a distinct indoor setting to the main deck, with a Sonos home-theater system integrated into the space.

Flybridge social areas and onboard amenities

The flybridge brings together lounge seating and a bar area in an open-air setting. A grill, integrated Bluetooth speakers and watersports accessories extend the yacht’s deck and entertainment equipment.

Starlink WiFi supports onboard connectivity, while underwater lighting upgrades add illumination around the yacht after dark.

Power generation and climate-control work

Port and starboard Kohler 28 kW generators were replaced in 2025. The air-conditioning system has received chiller repair, compressor replacement and preventative servicing in 2026.
