MIM***iSurface mount brackets are the choice if you can't drill holes into your deck and you can't see what's under it to place a flush mount rod holder. You can remove the rod holder and put it in a storage area if you travel. This rod holder will hold the biggest fish you hook.

HDH***dAs others said, it is a thick sturdy well built product. The only reason I put 4 stars instead of 5 is no screws!!! Please, charge us $2 more and include some screws! Now I have to take a trip to the hardware store to try to find 4 screws that fit the holes. Oh well, still a solid product.
